Dentist in Battle Creek, MI
The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our team's background, training, professional credentials and work experience.
Brian Maduri, DDS
I attended Michigan State University where I recieved a degree from Lymann Briggs and the College of Natural Science in 1994. Dental school was accomplished at University of Detroit-Mercy, graduating with my D.D.S. in 1998. I hit the jackpot when I met my bride of 18 years and married her in 1997. We joined the public health service and they moved us to Fairbanks, Alaska. Here we worked for the Indian Health Services and helped to improve the dental health of the interior Alaskan Natives in the Tannana Chiefs Conference. We spent two years there when Kim said she was headed home to Michigan and she would meet me back there! Our oldest son was born in North Pole, Alaska. We spent one year as an associate dentist in Manistee, MI and then moved to Battle Creek to take over for a retiring dentist. It was by this relationship that I met my mentor and best friend Dr. Puchalski. We practiced side by side for 11 years until his retirement and I am blessed to attempt to carry on his legacy. In addition to working in this office I have had the pleasure and blessing of being able to be a small part of team Grace Health downtown helping to serve the community dental needs. Several times a year I can be found in Detroit working with Golden Dental as a clinical mentor for their extraction and grafting classes that are put on to educate the greater dental community and to serve patients needs in Detroit. Lastly, I have a small role as an adjunctive clinical advisor for interns from the University of Michigan Dental School when they are providing care at Grace Health.
Kim and I have six children, Jackson, Samantha, Sophia, Dean, Isabelle and Malia. Yes! We are done! We spend most of our free time either sitting in bleachers cheering our kids on in their sporting events or school concerts. We enjoy traveling with our kids and experiencing the many treasures of the United States. Thank you for allowing us to serve you and your family!

Melissa Youmans (Front office)
I am a Texas native! I have been working in the dental field for 13 years and have been cross-trained as a dental assistant and a patient care coordinator. Twelve years have been spent as a dental assistant for Brian and the last year has been mostly patient care coordination as my knowledge has expanded to better serve our patients.
Stacey Brown (Front office)
I have worked at Maduri Family Dental since April of 2003. I originally came to help part time but won the hearts of our office and have been here full time since then. I function as the "It" department. I do what ever it is that is needed! Mostly I work with insurance companies, coordinate patient care and am an all around funny gal. I am super witty, love my family and hate vegetables. (Disclaimer...we at Maduri Family Dental do not condone the hating of vegetables...we encourage the liking of them.)
Ashley Wright DA
I started my dental assistant training in 2012/2013 during my senior year of High school. After doing my internship here at this office I was asked to start working full time. I have been here for almost two years and plan to start training for my certified dental assistant and registered dental assistant certifications which will greatly expand my ability to provide care here at our office.
My name is Amanda, I work for Dr. Maduri picking up and cleaning around the office to make it look and feel the best it can.I enjoy working with the wonderful ladies at Maduri Family Dental. When I'm not at work I like to bake cookies and cake, play my favorite game, UNO and I also love going to church. Spring is my favorite season because I love to plant flowers and go on walks. I also love that I get to spend almost every Saturday with my family.
